The Toot is the perfect way to introduce flute to a young beginner. The silicone keys make it easy for small fingers to cover the tone holes and the FirstNote (recorder style) lip plate will help them produce a tone right away. When students are ready, the FlirstNote lip plate can be replaced with the traditional flute lip plate (included) and the student can begin to learn standard flute embouchure. The Toot is available in 7 fun colors to brighten up your music-making! The Toot is fully chromatic and plays over one octave. The Toot can be used with the WindStars 1 curriuclum which features teacher and student books for the music classroom.
